Following early traction and a growing appetite for high-quality, vetted deal flow, NonPublic officially launched in 2023 as a locally incorporated and ASIC-regulated entity.

This marked the start of our mission to modernise private investing across the Asia-Pacific region — with a mission to empower the next generation of investors.
