Our platform simplifies investing by providing curated deals, structured investment vehicles, and portfolio tracking.

Who can invest with NonPublic?+

NonPublic is open to Australian wholesale investors and sophisticated investors under the Corporations Act 2001.

In plain terms: if you hold $2.5M+ in net assets or earned $250,000+ per year for the past two financial years, you likely qualify. Not sure? Our team can walk you through it in a 15-minute call.

How does the platform work?+

If you select a deal on the platform, it will show detailed information about it, including pitch decks, and relevant data to help your decision-making process. If you are interested in a deal, you can choose the amount you want to invest as long as it meets the minimum for each deal, and start investing.

What kinds of opportunities can I invest in?+

Investors can access a range of opportunities, including early-stage startups, growth-stage companies, and late-stage private equity deals. Our focus includes exclusive investments in companies worldwide, with an emphasis on late-stage deals in the U.S. and early to growth-stage opportunities in ANZ (Australia and New Zealand) and SEA (Southeast Asia). These investments will be housed in Australian trust structures and you will invest in these offers via the Australian Trust.
